How reach is computed
A segment is reached only when the message clears all three barriers: a language version exists, the reading level is at or below the audience grade, and the channel reaches them (online segments need no offline path; offline segments do). Reach is the sum of segment shares that clear all three. Missed counts people once, even when a segment faces more than one barrier.
